TH Enterprises under Ted Hoisington's direction has provided Management, Information Technology, and Communications solutions for both the public and private sectors for over twenty years. This has included design of hardware and software system as well as training and facilitation to insure successful ever improving operations for its clients.  During this time Ted has provided speaking, consulting. and facilitation services for organiizations across the US.  More details by sector are listed below.

Friend, Confidant, Advisor to Executive Directors, CFOs, and Administrative Directors of public sector organizations across the country.
Designed and Created a management system for complex public sector organizations.  These systems included accounting, project costs, program management, contact management, and collaboration functionality. They have been installed in dozens of public sector organizations.
Provided IT design, installation, implementation for public sector organizations across the US.
Provided seminars, facilitations, speeches, board briefings and other teaching consultative services for public sector organizations across the US.
Have fulfilled the roles of acting CFO and Administrative Director for public sector organizations.

Ted has worked with many private sector organizations from very small to very large.  Major improvements in productivity, profitability, sales, and communications have been accomplished.  Ted numbers the executives of many of these organizations as friends and is honored to have mutual mentoring relationships with them.

As Vice President of North American Operations was responsible for Sales and Technical efforts for Canadian and US operations.  Began planning for the creation of TH Enterprises, Inc.  United Computing Systems was a wholly owned subsidiatiary of United Telecommunications, Inc (Predecesor of Sprint).  UCS revenues exceeded $650 Million per year.

As Regional Manager was responsible for all Sales and Technical efforts for Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana.  Also wrote long term marketing plans for the entire organization.

Took over the worst District at UCS and turned it into the best District in under two years.  Responsible for all technical and sales activities for Southern California with offices in Newport Beach and San Diego.  Attended the University of California at Irvine (Marketing and Management)

After being promoted to an Account Executive was the number one performer for two consequtive years.  After this performance was then responsible for signing the largest account in corporate history (NASA).  Soon there after was promoted to District Manager.

While working as an Applications Analyst for this multinational computer services company was resposible for helping engineering firms, oil companies, and large scale manufacturing firms with their computer design automation needs.  Also helped with other IT needs including oil exploratioon, recovery, data management, and fiscal reporting.

Manufactuing Manager for this designer and manufacturer of laboratory equipment including Mass Spectrometers, Gas Chromatographs, NOx Analyzers, and other similar equipment.  In addition to managing the manufacturing operations also helped with engineering and design efforts.

After being promoted to Plant Manager was responsible for all manufacturing activities for this large subsidiary of Combustion Engineeing, Inc.  Combustion Engineering was a leading firm in the development of power systems in the United States in the late 20th century. Revenues were several billion dollars. The firm was purchased by Asea Brown Boveri in the mid-1990s.

After being promoted to Production Control Manager was responsible for the scheduling and Production Control for the entire manufactuiring facility (110 acre plant site).  During this time designed and implemented an automated shop floor and inventory management system.  Later this system was interfaced to provide work-in-process inventory valuation for accounting purposes.  Also during this time took twelve hours of accounting to augment business management skills.

As an Engineer designed non prismatic steel transmission structures for the power industry. While working as an Engineer designed and wrote a programs to automate the design of these structures based on many loading conditions and special design requirements.  Later provided a system design and wrote the programs to do material take-offs and mill orders to minimize the steel costs for structures.
Member Technical Staff - TRW Systems, IncUse SHIFT+ENTER to open the menu (new window).
As an Engineer created mathimatical models of electrical power systems for the US Space program at NASA.  This included modeling batteries, solar arrays, and circuit solutions for the Appollo, Skylab, and Shuttle programs.  This also included development of the simulation program used for the space crafts associated with the above mentioned programs.  As a reward for performance was allowed to be in the command center during man's first step on the moon (Appollo 11).

While attending Missouri Southern College also worked full time in the research lab.  Set up and conducted long term tests on various space batteries (Nickel-Cadmium and Silver-Zinc) including analysis of gases and maintenance of data.

Served honorably in the USAF including finishing a one year electronics course, repairing and maintaining radar, computer, and radio equipment, and working as an Air Traffic Controller. In addition, completed 30 college credit hours via US Armed Forces Institute.
